You are not obligated to move forward after the discovery call.

Being that things change in business and the economy you have 90 days to move forward with your customized plan. Once the 90 days are up you must book a new discovery call.

NO REFUNDS.

You are allowed to reschedule your discovery call up to 2 times before it becomes forfeited. if you miss your call time without rescheduling you will not be allowed to reschedule at a later date being that our mentors block their schedules to meet with you. We would however provide a discount to reschedule depending on the circumstance.

7 business days and 14 business days when booked via a promotion. can take up to 21 business days during Black Friday.

Yes, all mentorship months are paid a month in advance so to cancel you must give a 30 days notice to avoid being billed outside of the 30 days. If you have a payment due within that time frame you will be billed and mentored for that time.

You will be given a customized plan and schedule for the mentorship program, outlining the days we meet virtually and via phone. There will be email communication, at least 1 group meeting, and 1 one-on-one phone or Zoom meeting. You will also have weekly assignments to help you work towards your goals. More meetings will take place if necessary.

All mentorship payments are placed on recurring billing only.

Our customer service is email only. Due to client volume, all of our calls are scheduled. All concerns are handled via email info@luxuryconsultinginc.com

All new enrollments will begin the first week of every month. Ex. All that enroll on June 19th will begin the first week of July. If availability permits, you be able to begin sooner, you will be notified during your enrollment. All enrollments that take place within the 1st-7th of the month will begin within 7 days.

Our mentorship program is usually recommended for entrepreneurs thats been in business 2 years or less. With this added services you will receive coaching, inspiration, an accountability partner, tools and new techniques to implement in your business, dedicated expert to be available for your questions and assistance via email and scheduled calls (anything that can't be resolved via email).

Our consulting services are recommend for businesses thats looking to scale and other opportunities and solutions within their business such as but not limited to customer service assistance, social media assistance, employee training and onboarding, marketing and collaboration plans and implementation, infrastructure set up, operations assistance, brick and mortar startup, warehouse and or office set up and more.

We will pair you with an expert in your field to mentor you. Daijonia will also be one of the head coaches/mentors in all of our programs.
