Credit Repair Frequently Asked Questions 

  • What's next after I pay?
    After we receive notice that a client has paid, we will reach out to you within 24 hours to perform a credit audit (If it was not performed prior to paying) and lay out next steps. If a client has already had an audit call then we will reach out within 24 hours to begin the onboarding process.
  • How much are your services?
    Our base enrollment fee is $299 ($349 with public record) to start. Monthly fees are $169 ($189 with public record).
  • How do I cancel?
    You can cancel anytime with no obligation or cancellation fee. However, cancel within 48 hours of recurring monthly draft payment so that it can be stopped on time. If your payment post, your cancellation can/will take effect the following month.
  • What is your refund policy?
    NO REFUNDS. This is why we bill monthly so that clients can cancel whenever they feel necessary or follow the program through which is normally 6-8 months.
  • What other options do you have besides recurring billing?
    NONE, recurring billing is the only option for capturing future payments. We have OVER 100 active clients at a time and not enough manpower to manually capture for each client monthly so this helps streamline our accounting and process.
  • Do I have to keep my identity IQ active?
    Yes, while we are working on your profile.
  • What is the best way to communicate with your company?
    EMAIL info@luxurycreditco.com this helps us keep a record of conversations and can respond much quicker than a phone call. We will call you at least twice a month for caching and consulting but outside of that email. Our phone lines are usually tied up throughout the day while we are also working on your case. However if something needs to be verbally explained we will call.
  • When will I see results?
    If you follow our coaching plan, you should see results after the first 40 days.
  • Do you guarantee anything?
    YES, we guarantee excellent customer service, CONSTANT communication, the finest coaching and consulting, & if you don't see results by the 3rd round we will discount the rounds to follow, or suspend payment.
  • Do you have a referral program?
    YES! When you tell your friends and family about (you will lol) make sure they mention that they were referred by you and you will receive up to $75 per enrollment.
